Directions to the Studio
From the State Capitol in downtown Columbia, take U.S. 1 (Gervais Street) east and cross Harden Street. Turn right onto Trenholm Road. Almost a mile after crossing Forest Drive, before passing Beth Shalom Synagogue, look for a large white mailbox with 412 on it at a red brick home.

From the Artist's Statement
With clay as my cherished friend, I am drawn to lush rounded forms with undulating curves that quite often support a highly textured tactile facade... With this in mind, I make emblematic statements about the motherly, graceful and ancient beauty of the female form... My paintings are all abstractions. I am a traditional abstract expressionist... Many of my paintings become collages of lush textures with sculptural elements incorporated.
